(1) Vendor needs to provide FOIA (freedom of information act) software. • Implement a countywide FOIA records request management platform. • Deployment of the platform across all County departments, including system configuration, integrations, staff training, and ongoing support. • Platform must consolidate the County’s currently fragmented FOIA process into a single, unified system serving all 27 department• Integration with the County’s existing Laserfiche document management environment• Microsoft Entra ID / Single Sign–On (SSO) compatibility• CJIS compliance for law enforcement records handled by the Sheriff’s Office• Section 508 / ADA accessibility compliance for the public–facing portal• Unlimited user licensing to accommodate all 27 County departments• Built–in billing, invoicing, and payment collection capability• Automated redaction tools.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026
