(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based eDiscovery solution. – Provide a modern, cloud–based eDiscovery solution that enables end–to–end, defensible handling of Electronically Stored Information (ESI) for both public records requests and litigation matters. – Implement a comprehensive cloud–based eDiscovery and litigation hold system.• Specifications:– Provide functionality such as intake/collection, processing, culling, deduplication, search, analytics, review, redaction, and production within a single platform.– Provide litigation hold capabilities to create, issue, track, and release holds, manage custodians and audit trails, automate acknowledgments and reminders, all ensuring defensible preservation and chain of custody controls.– Provide services to convert and migrate existing matters, litigation holds and related data from the agency’s legacy system with minimal disruption to operations and without data loss.– Provide role–based access controls, audit logs, and secure administrative capabilities.– Offer SaaS architecture that scales to agency workloads, delivers reliable performance, and includes transparent pricing for licensing, implementation, conversion, training, and ongoing support.– Include onboarding, training, and support services that equip agency staff to fully utilize analytics, search, review and production capabilities, provide clear service level agreements and a roadmap for continuous improvement.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
