(1) Vendor needs to provide downtown parking management system.– Provide a parking management system that reduces manual processes, streamlines parking operations, improves the customer experience, supports enforcement and permit management, integrates appropriate technology–based automation, and provides reliable data for financial and operational decision–making.– Solution to support, at a minimum, payment processing, permit management, citation management, enforcement tools, reporting, customer communications, and garage–related access and automation functions.– Provide customers with simple, reliable payment options that do not require unnecessary account creation or app downloads.– Support mobile, web, text, call–in, kiosk, meter, or other practical payment options– Mobile or cloud–based enforcement tools for City or contract personnel.– Ability for customers to pay without requiring a mobile application, including guest checkout or a comparable lowfriction payment path.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 3, 2026.
