(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management services to the government authority located in St. Paul, MN.– Provide a customer–first approach, emphasizing clarity of options and resources. – Operate and manage all aspects of the Parking Facilities referenced herein, including payment collection, customer service, access control, security, communications, marketing, permitting, and routine maintenance.– Operate the Parking Facilities, which include back–office operations, permitting, customer service, equipment repair, maintenance, security, and revenue collections. – Manage maintenance of the parking equipment, signage, and other systems within the Parking Facilities, as well as the structural, architectural, and mechanical elements in the Parking Facilities, including hardware and software. – Provide and maintain a professionally designed website to communicate information about parking locations, hours of operation, payment options, permit options, event parking, and complaint procedures. – Develop and provide telephone, email, and online complaint procedures. – Collection of and accounting for all cash and other payments from any source derived for the use of the Parking Facilities, including sums payable concerning daily, monthly, event, and validation parking fees. (2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
