(1) Vendor needs to provide parking management services to the government authority located in St. Paul, MN.• Manage all event parking operations in the Parking Facilities.• Coordinate, execute, and manage all security services in the Parking Facilities.• Provide and maintain a professionally designed website to communicate information about parking locations, hours of operation, payment options, permit options, event parking, and complaint procedures.• Collection of and accounting for all cash and other payments from any source derived for the use of the Parking Facilities, including sums payable concerning daily, monthly, event, and validation parking fees.• Operate the Parking Facilities, which include back–office operations, permitting, customer service,equipment repair, maintenance, security, and revenue collections.• Provide contracting with monthly parkers.• Provide appropriate staffing to support the operations of the Parking Facilities during all designatedoperating hours.• All staff members must be fluent in English and able to understand and be understood when conversing with English–speaking customers, without exception• All employment candidates must pass criminal background and driver’s license checks as applicable.• Manage maintenance of the parking equipment, signage, and other systems within the Parking Facilities, as well as the structural, architectural, and mechanical elements in the Parking Facilities, including hardware and software.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.
