(1) Vendor needs to provide parking center operator service to the government authority located in Camden, NJ. • Provide full–service parking operations, management, staffing, maintenance coordination, reporting, and revenue control facilities.• Pay–on–foot, pay–in–lane, or mobile app revenue• Special event pricing (if applicable)• Maintain audit–ready documentation• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports• Ensure transparency of revenue reporting• Maintain signage, gate arms, readers, pay stations• 24/7 customer support for garage facility users• Clear signage and wayfinding• Customer assistance at entrances/exits• Assist with any all moderation of parking center and lots• Track and report equipment downtime• Ensure software updates• Revenue accuracy and growth• Valet Operations Management(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026 (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–proposal conference will be held on July 7, 2026
