EXTRA-71039 - USA (Saint Paul, Minnesota) - Comprehensive Day-To-Day Parking Operations and Management Services - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive day–to–day parking operations and management services to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN.1. Operate the Parking Facilities, which include back–office operations, permitting, customer service, equipment repair, maintenance, security, and revenue collections.2. Provide contracting with monthly parkers.3. The Contractor will report directly to the Parking Manager for the agency, and will be required to work closely with any other City designees. The agency will maintain all ownership rights and full access to all program management data.4. Serve as a liaison between the public and the agency on public parking matters to ensure a high degree of facility performance and customer service.5. Provide appropriate staffing to support the operations of the Parking Facilities during all designated operating hours. All staff members must be fluent in English and able to understand and be understood when conversing with English–speaking customers, without exception. All employment candidates must pass criminal background and driver’s license checks as applicable.6. Manage maintenance of the parking equipment, signage, and other systems within the Parking Facilities, as well as the structural, architectural, and mechanical elements in the Parking Facilities, including hardware and software.7. Manage all event parking operations in the Parking Facilities.8. Coordinate, execute, and manage all security services in the Parking Facilities (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026(4) Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026
