Design, Construction, Installation, Maintenance, and Operation of a Parking Management System & Equipment at Lakeland Linder International Airport

The City of Lakeland ("City") is seeking Proposals from qualified companies to deliver, implement, and operate an automated parking management system, to include equipment, at Lakeland Linder International Airport (the "Airport"). This shall be a state-of-the-art gated parking revenue control system including real-time centralized processing of data for all entrance and exit lanes. The system shall have substantial functionality with minimal requirements for development, modification, or enhancements. The Proposer shall have experience in the industry and have a similar system as the one proposed currently in operation. In general, this project will include the installation of gated parking revenue control equipment at two (2) entrance lanes and two (2) exit lanes at the Airport. System information shall be assessable from a web-based platform allowing Airport personnel to view system status and statistics. The Proposer shall also be capable of providing routine preventative maintenance of the parking management equipment to include emergency service calls 24/7/365, as requested by the Airport. The term of service shall be for a minimum of five (5) years with one (1) five (5) year option of renewal. It's important that the system proposed be scalable, as additional surface lots and/or parking garages are anticipated to be constructed in the future.
