(1) Vendor needs to provide registration and payment management system.• Agency seeking a comprehensive, cloud–based Registration and Payment Management System for non–credit programs and events.• System that is user–friendly for both clients and staff members, that allows for ease of registration, payments, and refunds as well as reporting on registrations, receivables, revenues, enrollment, and course completion• Technical Requirements– The solution must be a software platform with the following capabilities:– Full functionality across desktops, tablets, and smartphones– Appropriate data security for safeguarding personal data and payment information– Ability to integrate with CashNet for payments– Ability to integrate with Ed2Go for online course off erings; additional integration with Banner, D2L Brightspace, and Ready Education preferred– Ability to integrate with Salesforce preferred• Functional RequirementsA. Student Registration & User Experience– Flexibility of Course Off erings: The ability to list courses, workshops, camps, conferences, and events– Course Catalog: A searchable, branded storefront where users can fi lter by category, date, or instructor, as well as the ability to “hide” events or conferences from public view– Shopping Cart: Support for multiple registrations in a single transaction preferred– User Accounts: Self–service portal for students to view transcripts, print receipts, and manage profi le data preferred– Lead Tracking: Ability for prospective students to express interest in particular course options and for administrators to follow up with registration information• Payment & Financial Management– Payment Links: Ability to generate a secure, shareable payment link for events, services, or invoices– Payment Gateway Integration: Secure processing of credit cards and electronic checks; integration with CASHNet (Transact) payment system preferred– Flexible Pricing: Support for early–bird discounts, coupon codes, tiered pricing, free courses, and pay later or payment plans, as well as to apply scholarships(2) The contract period will be for three years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 8, 2026
