(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted academic degree audit and planning platform.– Cloud–hosted academic degree audit and planning platform to enable students, advisors, faculty and staff to collaboratively plan, monitor, and adjust academic pathways.–  the solution must support undergraduate, graduate, and professional learners, deliver real–time degree audits, semester–by–semester planning, and proactive advising, while ensuring consistent system performance, accessibility, and scalability across normal and peak usage periods.– Unified academic planning and degree audit environment – Advising, collaboration, and case management – Notifications, alerts, and student engagement – Platform architecture and deployment requirements – Data, reporting, and analytics – User role management and view–based access controls – Academic planning and degree audit capabilities (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 11, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.(5) Vendors will need to pay and register on the tendering authority's website in order to obtain the RFP document without a watermark.
