(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based virtual experiential learning platform. – Provide fully digital, credit–bearing experiential learning program designed to prepare students for success in our increasingly interconnected world. – Development of a global perspective and international collaboration by connecting college students from a variety backgrounds around the world. – Through the online learning platform, participants shall work together on real–world projects sourced from top companies, allowing them to experience the challenges and rewards of collaborating with peers from different backgrounds.  • The virtual experiential learning platform requirements:– Fully online experiential learning programs involving real–world project work.– Cloud–based platform with global accessibility.– Mobile and desktop compatibility.– Compliance with applicable data security and protection regulations.– API integrations with existing agency tools and systems.– Delivery of content and collaboration functionality in English.– Technology infrastructure that supports students worldwide.– Options for credit–bearing programs through the agency. – Skills–based content aligned with recognized professional frameworks. – Opportunities for collaborative, synchronous sessions among student participants or instructors.– Content focused on emerging technology fields and digital competencies.– Project–based learning that enables students to interact with international teammates.– Experiential learning tools, including structured reflection.– User–friendly interface suitable for undergraduate learners.– Built–in collaboration features (e.g., group messaging, virtual workspaces).– Real–time feedback mechanisms and assessment tools.– Dashboard and analytics for tracking student progress and engagement.– Must integrate with existing agency systems and comply with applicable data security and accessibility standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on July 2, 2026.
