The City of Vista is seeking proposals from qualified software vendors to provide (1) land use management, permitting, licensing, and code compliance case management system (LMS) software, as well as (2) work order / asset management and maintenance system (WAMS) software. The City seeks a qualified firm with the experience, expertise, and qualifications to provide fully integrated (within each system), proven state-of-the-art solutions. The City will also be looking to partner with the selected vendor to provide the associated professional services to complete the implementation of these solutions.
