Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based integrated library system.– The selected solution must offer a robust, user–friendly product that enables library staff to provide efficient and effective service to patrons.– Library primarily collects works in print and digital formats, the collection does include a variety of formats, including but not limited to microforms, scores, archival collections, and visual material.• The Integrated Library System (ILS) is required to be hosted by the vendor or cloud–based service provider. • The system must allow staff to suppress bibliographic and/or item records from public displays. • The system integrates with the library’s existing authentication tools for remote database access, EZproxy, and computer reservation management system, Envisionware. • Reporting: Includes robust report–generating capabilities in the form of default and customizable reports that export to HTML and Excel formats. Staff can schedule reports and run reports on demand. • Integration with peripheral devices including barcode readers. • Integration with software including EZproxy. • Patron record management including creating, editing, and deleting patron records. (2) The contract period will be for five years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
