Vendor needs to provide legal access services for reunified families program to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– The Contractor must provide Individualized Consultations and Counseling (ICC) sessions that include legal advice about what forms of relief for which they may be eligible and the steps necessary to apply for such relief. Within 10 business days of a Class Member contacting the Contractor or a referral given to the Contractor, the Contractor must schedule an ICC for the Class Member.– The Contractor may assist Class Members with the following applications1.) Re–Parole2.) Employment Authorization3.) Asylum4.) T Visa5.) U Visa6.) Violence Against Women Act7.) Applications for Certificate of Citizenship Based on Parents’ U.S. Citizenship
