Washington County Disability, Aging and Veteran Services is seeking qualified applicants to provide in-home care services for two programs: Oregon Project Independence (OPI) and Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP). To be considered, applicants must have a current Oregon in-home care agency (IHCA) license, in good standing through the Oregon Health Authority. For reference please see the following governing rules for programs: Older Americans Act Part 1321- Grants to State and Community Programs on Aging Oregon Project Independence (OPI)- OAR Chapter 411, Division 032
