(1) Vendor needs to provide legal advisory services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide legal advisory services to support review, negotiation, implementation, oversight.– Secure legal advisory services in support of assistance programs, including the review of program proposals received from eligible countries; legal due diligence on the components and sectors identified in program proposals.– Assist in selection and management of local counsel.– Support in the negotiation, implementation, oversight and close–out of compacts, threshold program agreements, and other agreements.– Legal research, advice and foreign language translation relating to development assistance legal,policy and operational issues.– Legal training.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
