(1) Vendor needs to provide national qualified representative program services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide direct legal representation services nationwide to individuals in covered immigration proceedings who have been found mentally incompetent to represent themselves.– Initial case assessment and client meeting.– Evaluation of safeguards and other potential motions.– Representation at immigration court hearing.– Repatriation and release planning.– Prepare and file an application with the immigration court.– Bond proceedings.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
