Washington County Disability, Aging and Veteran Services is seeking qualified applicants to provide adult day services for two programs; Oregon Project Independence (OPI) and Family Caregiver Support Program (FCSP). To be considered, applicants must be currently certified and in good standing as an Adult Day Service Program through the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS), and Aging and People with Disabilities Division (APD) (OAR Chapter 411, Division 66). For reference please see the following governing rules for programs: Older Americans Act Part 1321- Grants to State and Community Programs on Aging Oregon Project Independence (OPI)- OAR Chapter 411, Division 032
