(1) Vendor needs to provide immigrant and refugee program services to the government authority located in Saint Paul, MN.– Providing naturalization legal services, legal services that may lead to naturalization, removal defense representation, and navigational services.– Legal service providers may subcontract the navigational services to another organization.– Provide for legal and navigational services representing low–income immigrant residents of who are in immigration court proceedings.– Facilitate resident access to accurate, timely, and trustworthy immigration legal information regarding opportunities to achieve secure or more secure immigration status.– Increase access to high quality legal representation in removal defense matters so that residents are able to take advantage of opportunities to obtain secure or more secure immigration status.– Continued representation of individuals in affirmative litigation petitions or applications if removal proceedings have been terminated.– Provide family preparedness sessions for individuals and families in immigration court proceedings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
