(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in North Carolina.– Provide immigration–related legal consultation and representation services on an as–needed basis. – Services will primarily involve employment–based immigrant and non–immigrant visa matters for recruitment of foreign medical graduates– Identification of solutions and provision of legal advice for complex, challenging employment–based immigration cases.– Full processing and management of J–1 Visa Waiver and H–1B Visa applications, including communications with state and federal authorities.– Development and delivery of training for agency staff on compliance and immigration procedures(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
