(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based design, content, and template platform that supports the creation of branded communications through customizable templates, shared asset libraries, and collaborative workflows that are centrally administrated at each respective University.– The platform solution should support concurrent collaboration for projects and enable the creation of visual communications for coursework, presentations, campus communications, and marketing purposes.– Describe account support provided during the implementation of the Platform and adoption across the Universities' respective campus, including onboarding, training, and account management, etc.– Describe how the landing page experience can be customized for institutional use using the Platform. Outline the ability to apply institutional branding and feature approved templates and assets.– Detail the ability of the Platform to restrict specific template elements such as logos, fonts, layout components, etc. to maintain brand consistency.– Describe how we would manage third–party contractors (marketing services partners) ability to upload assets into the system if needed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
