Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based digital engagement solution (DES) and related services.     – The digital engagement solution must ensure real–time processing and compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.– The digital engagement solution must seamlessly convert existing mobile application and web–based platforms into a more modernized digital platform in accordance with the components and application features described herein.– The player rewards program is an integrated, secure, responsive and comprehensive web–based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform and deemed a Software–as–a–Service (SaaS).– The solution must offer advanced data analytics, reporting capabilities, and comprehensive security features to protect against fraud and ensure the integrity of the gaming process.– Features include to promotional and transactional emails, in–app messages, and push notifications on a campaign and ad hoc basis.   – The digital engagement solution must include a detailed listing of all available promotions and drawings, including to the entry period, entry parameters, applicable rules, and configurable artwork.– Mobile app features include player account management (PAM), ticket scanning, game lists, draw numbers, digital playslips, message center, loyalty rewards, and other related program components provided herein.– The app and website allow for entry of ticket numbers for the player rewards program and second–chance promotion entries.– The digital engagement solution must allow manual number selection for some or all numbers.– Include ticket checking functionality, mapping all responses for ticket messages.– Provide players with the ability to access their players’ rewards accounts through all available platforms.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 08, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for five years.           (4) A non–mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 08, 2026.
