(1) Vendor needs to provide housing demand study services to the government authority located in Christiansted, VI. – Professional consulting services to conduct a housing demand study and resilience plan to assess current and future housing needs throughout the territory.– Provide data–driven recommendations to support affordable housing, sustainability, resiliency planning, and long–term housing development initiatives.– Provide recommendations to guide housing policy, investment strategies, and sustainable development initiatives.– Housing needs assessment.– Collect and analyze demographic, economic, and housing market data.– Identify communities and populations most impacted by housing loss or instability.– Policy and strategic recommendations.– Identify priority investment areas for housing development and recovery initiatives.– Develop strategic recommendations to address housing supply, affordability, and resilience.– Provide policy and programmatic recommendations to support future housing investments and planning initiatives– Stakeholder and community engagement.– Engage government agencies, community organizations, developers, housing providers, and residents to identify housing priorities and concerns.– Ensure engagement activities include representation from vulnerable populations and impacted communities.– Resilience and sustainability analysis.– Assess risks and vulnerabilities impacting housing, including natural disasters and climate–related concerns.– Develop recommendations to improve housing resilience, sustainability, and long–term recovery planning.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
