(1) Vendor needs to provide housing plan implementation consultant services to the government authority located in Lake, CO. – Provide professional services to implement phase 1 of the city and county comprehensive housing plan.–  Governance and Organizational Implementation: Developing practical governance and organizational structures to support ongoing housing implementation.– Grant Writing and Grant Administration: Identifying, preparing, submitting, and administering housing–related grant opportunities.– Policy Implementation: Advancing priority policy recommendations from the housing plan.– Sustainable Revenue Development: Consultant shall assist the town and county in evaluating and developing sustainable revenue options for housing implementation.– Project management and reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
