EXTRA-71213 - USA (Littleton, Colorado) - Housing Action Plan Consultant Service - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive Housing Action Plan (HAP) consultant service to the government authority located in Littleton, CO. – Provide consultants to create a comprehensive a new housing action plan for county.– Data gathering for the baseline data components.– Housing action plans must be created through an inclusive process with public outreach and engagement throughout the process.– Including outreach to and engagement of communities at risk of displacement and consideration for participation by persons unable to attend meetings in person or at the local government’s regular meeting times.– Gather data related to affordable housing–related actions and displacement risk.– Required to thoroughly review the relevant housing needs assessment and assess existing plans, codes, policies, studies, and other pertinent documents to ensure that the action plan is fully informed by the ongoing efforts and priorities of the jurisdiction.– Review and analyze the data collected and through public outreach to produce a comprehensive HAP, complete with detailed analysis, charts, and maps as applicable.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
