DRA-10952 - USA (Grover Beach, California) - Development Impact Analysis Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1)Vendor needs to provide development impact analysis service to the government authority located in Grover Beach, CA. – Consultant to independently verify and refine the analysis, as well as expand the evaluation to all affected zoning districts.– The analysis will evaluate consistency with applicable state housing laws, including to the housing crisis act, housing accountability act, and housing element law, and identify potential implementation strategies should housing capacity be confirmed to be reduced by the initiative.– Review and confirm existing analysis related to residential development capacity and land use impacts of the proposed initiative.– Establish baseline residential capacity, development feasibility assumptions, and policy constraints– Existing conditions, data collection, and validation of analysis.– Housing capacity, development feasibility, and growth impact analysis.– Residential capacity and housing opportunity sites analysis.– Local coastal program consistency analysis.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
