Construction Services for DOEE Maintenance Facility #2 and Andrus House Roof Replacements

The District of Columbia (the “District”) Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”)is seeking a highly qualified contractor (the “Contractor”) to provide all labor, material, equipment, site supervision, inspection required for the DOEE Maintenance Facility #2 and Andrus House Roof Replacement Project (the “Project”) located at 427 New Jersey Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20001. ( DOEE Maintenance Facility #2) 2635 18th Street NE, Washington, D 20018. (Andrus House) A detailed narrative for the Scope of Work (the “SOW”) is described in Attachment A and Attachment R (Project Manual). The Department intends to award a single Task Order (“TO” or “Task Order”), to a contractor with an underlying Basic Ordering Agreement, under IDIQ Contract No. DCAM-22-CS-RFQ-0016 (“IDIQ”) with the District.
