(1) Vendor needs to provide test support equipment control and monitoring systems to the government authority located in Edwards, CA.• The work covered by this PWS consists of a contractor furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment and materials necessary to maintain existing hardware and software Siemens Control Systems (SCS) in order to maintain proper operation of affected agency• The Contractor shall maintain, manage, troubleshoot, repair, replace, install, configure, connect and commission agency of both the hardware and software.• Hardware types include Siemens PXC Modular Building Controller (MBC) panels/enclosures, withSiemens Automation–level processors, digital input and output modules, analog input and output modules, and field–level controllers and Siemens actuators and control valve assemblies.• If phone support cannot remedy the situation, the contractor shall arrive on–site within 6 hours for mission critical corrective maintenance 24 hours a day• Agency Hardware/Software System Breakdown– Desigo CC Graphics– Desigo CC CFC/SCL programming code– Siemens BACnet/IP Automation–Level PXC Series Controllers– Siemens Desigo Field Panelso To include configuring Analog input/output, Digital input/output plug–in modules andmicroprocessor commissioning/configurationDesigo Field–Level Controllerso To include configuring controller Analog inputs/Outputs and Digital Inputs/Outputs and relatedconnected devices.Siemens PXC–series controller (Air Gapped Alarm System)o To include 24 VDC Power Supplyo To include UPS battery backup system(2) The contract period will be for one year.
