(1) Vendor needs to provide ongoing maintenance, repair, and technical support for standalone access control and security systems at a state facility to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA.A. System Maintenance & Support– Maintain access control systems, cameras, alarms, turnstiles, and related equipment– Ensure systems remain fully operational per manufacturer standardsB. Repair Services (As Needed)– Diagnose issues and perform repairs upon State request– Submit written estimates and obtain approval prior to work– Complete repairs same day when feasible– Maintain availability of replacement partsC. Emergency Repairs– Respond within 2 hours of notification– Perform urgent repairs to restore system functionality– Coordinate after–hours access when required– Software Maintenance– Install updates, patches, and fixes for Genetec security software– Perform all updates onsite (no remote access permitted)(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 2, 2026.
