CSE-23834 - USA (Beaufort, South Carolina) - Monitoring of Safety and Security Systems - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide monitoring of safety and security systems to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC.– System monitoring:– Monitor all security systems (including but not limited to intrusion alarms, surveillance cameras (optional), access control systems, panic buttons (optional), and perimeter alarms (optional), on a continuous, round–the–clock basis.– Alarm response protocol:– Ensure response times meet or exceed industry standards for security alarms.– Periodic testing and maintenance:– Provide regularly scheduled testing of all monitoring equipment, including at least annual functional testing of all security components.– Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operational, up–to–date, and in compliance with local, state, and federal safety standards.– Maintain detailed maintenance records and provide documentation of compliance and testing to school administrators upon request.– Support and troubleshooting:– Offer technical support and rapid troubleshooting services for any system malfunctions or failures.– Provide a 24/7 support line for emergency and non–emergency issues related to the monitoring systems.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
