Support and Maintenance Services for the Access Control and Alarm Monitoring System (ACAMS); and the Badging/Credentialling, Panic/Duress, AED Alarm, and Intercom Systems

The Ontario International Airport Authority (OIAA) is looking for a qualified contractor to manage, maintain, and improve its Access Control Alarm Monitoring System (ACAMS) and the Badging/Credentialling, Panic/Duress, AED Alarm, and Intercom Systems at Ontario International Airport (ONT). This system is critical for monitoring and controlling access to secure areas, managing badging and credentialing, and integrating with other security systems like video surveillance and fire control. The Proposer will be responsible for ensuring 24/7 operation with no unscheduled downtime, providing preventive maintenance, technical support, disaster recovery, and necessary updates to meet regulatory standards. The selected firm will be responsible for aspects such as complex system modifications and strict compliance with OIAA’s guidelines, ensuring high-quality performance and thorough documentation.
