Access Control & Surveillance, Maintenance, Testing, Support, and Monitoring - 2024-2026

The Palmdale Water District is accepting proposals from qualified vendors for the maintenance, testing, support and monitoring of the existing access control and surveillance systems. Those systems currently include Milestone and C-Cure 9000 environments. These services will include, but are not limited to, on-call repairs, emergency repairs, a designated number of on-site visits per year and all parts and labor for preventative maintenance to the security systems at 2 locations: Main Office and Leslie O. Carter Water Treatment Plant (WTP). The District seeks to enter into a 3-yr contract with two (2) optional one-year renewals. Address of Current Locations: Main Office, 2029 East Avenue Q, Palmdale, CA Leslie O. Carter Water Treatment Plant (WTP), 700 East Avenue S, Palmdale, CA The objective of this solicitation is to enter into an agreement with a Contractor who can provide maintenance, testing, support and monitoring services compatible with the existing security system infrastructure. The contractor must also be able to provide expansion of the system to future District sites. Proposer must be a current Milestone and C-Cure 9000 provider and submit with their proposal documentation showing the number of certified technicians currently servicing these systems. OPTIONAL: The Proposer may submit a proposal to provide maintenance, testing, support and monitoring services of existing Siemens DESIGO Sprinkler Monitoring Fire Alarm system installed at the District's main building. This scope of work is an option that the District is considering as well but is not a mandatory requirement to submit a bid.
