EQU-18441 - USA (Topeka, Kansas) - Intelligent Transportation System Device Maintenance - Deadline July 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide intelligent transportation system device maintenance to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– Develops an alternative database or work order system.– New work orders to the maintenance database in accordance with the existing sortable format for tracking purposes.– This work includes but is not limited to tasks such as equipment, electronic and electrical component replacement; troubleshooting camera and telecommunication equipment; emergency repairs and installation of fiber optic and twisted pair cable; verification of communication system operability and power; configuration, replacement and installation of communication equipment; troubleshooting, repair, replacement and installation of electronic and electrical components related to power, communication, and operation of ITS systems; voltage checks; repair of equipment; underground conduit repair and replacement; locating power and communication cables; repair and replacement of power and communications cable; re–erecting knocked down cabinets and poles; relocation/installation of new field devices and all incidental items necessary to complete the items of work.(2) The contract period will be for two years.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.
