(1) Vendor needs to provide automated support agents (AI chatbots) and related solution to the government authority located in Arizona.1. Internal information technology (IT) department service desk:– Automate resolution of high–volume, routine IT support interactions for city staff. The platform must integrate with the city's existing IT service management system (Ivanti service management) and intelligently route complex requests to live agents.2. Customer service solution center:– Extend the platform to handle public–facing customer interactions for agency, including billing inquiries, service requests, work order status, and transactional capabilities such as payment extensions and payment plans.– The platform must integrate with the city's water billing and operations systems, execute transactions on behalf of customers, and be deployed as a public–facing web interface.– Customer service solution center handled 251,274 calls.– The platform must support the ability to open or close phone lines for a defined time period, record and deploy scripted messages, and set recorded greetings for scheduled periods (e.g., holiday closures or emergency notices).(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
