AI-1056 - USA (New York) - AI Solution - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide prior authorization and 340B AI solution. – Provide technology–enabled solution to streamline the prior authorization process with support through Artificial Intelligence (AI).– Solution that is scalable, secure, integrated with improves efficiency, increases throughput while reducing the need for additional staffing, delaying therapy, and gives actionable analytics to support improvements and growth of the department.– Service should support both authorizations through both pharmacy and medical insurance benefits on medication authorizations including both specialty and infusion therapies.– Service should utilize AI to retrieve required clinical information through our electronic medical record system, to reduce the investigational time staff use to find supportive documentation for the authorization request.– Service is driven by the significant increase in authorization volume and complexity which results in manual workflows that could delay therapies and put additional strain on staff.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
