(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits broker and consulting services to the government authority located in Frederick, MD.– Benefits Broker and Advisor to provide strategic guidance, plan design support, vendor market analysis, compliance and regulatory assistance, employee communications, and ongoing advisory services.– Provide market intelligence, benchmarking data, and trend analysis to inform benefit‑related decisions.– Analyze claims experience, utilization patterns, and trend data to identify risks, cost drivers, and opportunities for improvement.– Provide assistance and issue resolution support throughout the open enrollment period to ensure smooth and efficient employee experience.– Assist with evaluation and selection of new and existing benefits vendors, including benefit administration software, COBRA administration, and service providers.– Review existing benefit communication strategies and materials.– Provide claims assistance and escalation support.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
