Airport Commercial Real Estate Broker and Consulting Services

The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as "the City") is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms interested in acting as a commercial real estate broker/leasing agent and consultant for certain properties at the Santa Monica Airport for an initial term of two (2) years, with three (3) one-year term options to renew at the sole discretion of the City. The City of Santa Monica owns and operates the Santa Monica Airport. The Santa Monica Airport is the oldest continuously operated airport in Los Angeles County with 72,000 aircraft operations annually. Currently, City Staff oversees 18 properties of both Aviation and non-Aviation uses. The Airport is proposing to initially lease both land and improvements through single tenancy leases. The RFP seeks proposals by qualified commercial real estate brokers/leasing agents to assist the City in negotiating terms with perspective tenants or require the consulting services of the firm to assist with negotiating individual spaces within the Santa Monica Airport property.
