INSU-6172 - USA (Sandy, Utah) - Benefits Consulting Insurance and Brokerage Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits consulting insurance and brokerage services to the government authority located in Sandy, UT.         – Reviewing the employee benefit package for quality of benefits provided, cost effectiveness, competitiveness and plan administration on an annual basis.– Assist with design of employee benefits communications and participation in benefit fairs and annual enrollment process.– Marketing the desired insurance package through identification of appropriate carriers, analysis of proposals, provisions of recommendations, and assistance in contract negotiation.– Provide feedback on employee benefit issues, trends and proposed or new legislation.– Provide detailed data analysis of the benefit plan on an ongoing basis.– Analysis of claims history and insurance utilization on a monthly basis.– Assist with annual benefits renewals, including negotiation of changes in contracts.– Consult and assist with plan development and design for self–fund plans.– Assist with health, pharmacy, vision, dental and life insurance.– Assist District in obtaining excess reinsurance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
