The Washington County Office of Community Development intends to contract with a consulting firm to perform the work called out in this solicitation related to the development of its 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan. The successful proposer will be expected to use data available in the eCon Planning Suite, enhanced with additional data as appropriate, using both the eCon Planning Suite Desk Guide and Consolidated Plan Data Quick Guide resources from HUD to inform the process.
