NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF HERNANDO COUNTY, FLORIDA, IS ACCEPTING PRPOSALS FOR: NO. SOLICITATION # 'Project ID FOR 'Project Title The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, ("the County"), is soliciting Firms to consult and develop Hernando County's Citizens Participation and Consolidated Plans for entitlement status for Community Development Block Grant programs. Offers for furnishing the above will be received and accepted up to Proposal Submission Time , local time, 'Proposal Submission Date , via the Hernando County Procurement Department eProcurement Portal . Only electronic submittals shall be accepted by the County. The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received in accordance with the Bid Documents and the Hernando County Procurement Ordinance.
