The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified individuals or firms interested in providing consultant services for a term of one year to develop its five-year Consolidated Plan (“ConPlan”) for program years 2025-29 and the one-year Annual Action Plan (“AAP”) for program year 2025. Plans must be prepared in compliance with all applicable U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) statutory and regulatory requirements, Consolidated Plan Regulations and Federal Register Notices - HUD Exchange
