(1) Vendor needs to provide newborn screening, laboratory information management system, maintenance and support services.– System must be cloud– or hybrid–hosted. Hosting solution must be clearly defined, detailing infrastructure, security framework, data flow, system integrations, and system components.– Utilize a modern, scalable architecture (e.g., web–based, cloud–native, or hybrid architecture)– Provide a solution that is either commercial–off–the–shelf (COTS) or Software as a Solution (SaaS) LIMS, maintenance, and support.– LIMS must provide a failover solution to ensure continued data input and processing in the event that a key system goes down, preventing operational disruption and loss of data– System design supports phased expansion (e.g., new conditions, mobile modules, predictive analytics), including configurable components and extensibility points.– Support secure offline data entry when connectivity is unavailable, with automatic synchronization once reconnected– New system must support seamless integration across all modules, ensuring that they are interlinked and data flows seamlessly between them, facilitating efficient workflow management and improving operational effectiveness.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
