(1) Vendor needs to provide career navigation system.  – Provide consultation to support the AOE’s transformation efforts in strengthening expectations for high–quality, standards based personalized learning experiences, expanding access to career exploration and career–connected learning beginning in kindergarten within comprehensive system improvement efforts and advancing implementation of existing legislation related to new statewide graduation requirements.       – Career navigation system for school districts to embed grade–level competencies related to career exploration directly into core academic instruction, ensuring that career–aligned learning supports the attainment of rigorous standards, and equips students, families, educators, and counselors with accessible, actionable tools to support academic and career planning.– Solutions that promote equitable access, strengthen student engagement, support informed decision making, and integrate with broader statewide initiatives related to new statewide graduation requirements, work–based learning, flexible pathways, including career and technical education, and personalized learning.– Engage partners in defining user requirements to pilot a career navigation platform, specific to specific college and career readiness opportunities and graduation requirements.– Engage with the AOE and other educational partners to identify the desired outcomes for the solution.– Create a stakeholder map of internal and external career navigation stakeholders, including the scope of work and points of integration.– Conduct a landscape analysis of national policy and effective career navigation tools.– Action plan with a scope and sequence of implementing the solution.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 09, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for one year.
