Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide virtual and hybrid program accelerator service to the government authority located in Austin, TX.• Agency is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to support participating school districts and open–enrollment charter schools in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of high–quality virtual and hybrid instructional programs• Planning, Design, and Launch Preparation:– Support school systems in designing and operating full–time virtual or hybrid programs or prepare to launch and operate full–time virtual or hybrid campuses.– Support school systems in developing flexible, personalized learning models that meet the needs of diverse student populations, including special education, emergent bilingual learners, at–risk students, etc., and– Support high levels of academic rigor and engagement.– Lead a cohort of participating school systems to establish clear mission and goals based on needs assessment and stakeholder input.– Support school systems in structuring staffing models, professional learning, and operational systems (e.g., learning management systems, attendance processes, and instructional technology) appropriate for virtual and hybrid environments(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 22, 2026
