(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial and related services to the government authority located in Whittier, CA.        – Kitchen areas clean and sanitize all sinks, floor sinks, grease traps, counter areas, back splashes, ceramic tile walls and exhaust hoods and filters.– Glass and metal surfaces shall be streak–free, film–free, fingerprint–free, and uniformly clean.– Walls and fixtures shall be free of dust, cobwebs, and soil.– Clean ceilings so all cobwebs are removed.– Vacuum upholstered furniture.– Shampoo carpets.– Spot clean stains on seats.– Clean and polish wood.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
