City of Lawrence / Municipal Services Operations
Description
The City of Lawrence, Kansas is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors to provide custodial services for various City-owned and operated facilities, as outlined in this solicitation. Selected contractor(s) will be responsible for supplying all necessary labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies to complete the required services. Contracts may be awarded to one or more contractors based on the best overall value for each facility. Bidders are encouraged to submit proposals for all line items listed in the cost form. Awarded contractors must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance prior to the execution of the contract.
