(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Boise, ID. – Provide comprehensive custodial services for designated emergency medical services facilities located throughout the county.– Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.– Clean and empty all ashtrays, sand urns, and exterior trash receptacles at building entrances and around the facility perimeter; replace liners nightly.– Clean exterior entranceway landings nightly; remove gum, spills, and Litter.– Spot clean and sanitize high–touch surfaces, including light switches and door handles.– Clean microwaves inside and out.– Clean and sanitize all counter surfaces and edges.– Clean interior and exterior surfaces of entry glass doors (front and back), side glazing, entranceway glass, and frames; remove fingerprints, streaks, smudges, and visible soil.– Clean and sanitize all fixtures, including bowls, urinals, sinks, showers, and similar items; fixtures shall be free of dirt, grime, residue, foreign matter, and odors. Dispose of personal items left in showers, as appropriate.– Clean carpets using a County–approved dry chemical or extraction method.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
