(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Ukiah, CA. – Wash street level windows on revolving basis.– Sweep immediate area outside front door.– Clean front door and all door handles to the facility.– Dust and clean furniture, file cabinets, fixtures, and counter tops. – Vacuum heating vents.– Dust high beams and windows.(2) The contract period will be for two years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
