CLEANING-12996 - USA (Clair Shores, Michigan) - Custodial Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Clair Shores, MI. – Vacuum all carpets, mats (under desks, chairs) – Spot clean carpets and mats– Clean underneath floor protectors located under desk chairs– Dust and mop with bieach all non–carpeted floors– Clean all interior glass and panels on entrance/exit doors– Sweep, vacuum, and damp mop all foyers, approaches, entryways, stairwells with soap/bleach– Wipe off rails, panels and doors in entryways and stairwelis – Dust and clean file cabinets– Empty and change wastebasket liners– Clean all ledges and countertops– Clean and sanitize all water fountains with soap/bleach– Clean and sanitize desk phones– Clean lunchroom tables and chairs with sanitizer– Vacuum all conference rooms, Council Chambers, and lunchroom– Fill soap dispensers– Clean all interior glass of smudges– Fill toilet paper dispensers– Dust cobwebs, air vents, and above six feet– Spot clean light fixtures– Dust and sanitize vending machines– Change urinal pads– Wash all exterior glass(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) Mandatory pre–bid walk–through will be held on July 7, 2026.
