(1) Vendor needs to provide drone as first responder solution.– Provide a comprehensive Drone as First Responder (DFR) solution that enhances emergency response, improves situational awareness, increases officer safety, and supports more effective deployment of public safety resources throughout the City.– Comprehensive software required to manage flight operations, fleet management, mission planning, remote deployment, aircraft health monitoring, user management, reporting, and operational administration. – Required software licenses for the duration of the contract.– Additional offerings may include, but are not limited to, automated license plate recognition (ALPR), Real–Time Information Centre (RTIC) software, video aggregation platforms, situational awareness technologies, or other interoperable technologies that improve public safety operations.– Implement a comprehensive, sustainable, and reliable DFR solution that supports current operational needs while providing the flexibility to expand as technology, operational requirements, and funding evolve.– Solution that supports integration with existing and future public safety technologies through open, industry–standard interfaces and vendor–agnostic integration capabilities, enabling the City to maintain flexibility in future technology acquisitions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.
